Shipping Policy
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We are not able to ship internationally at this time.
Shipping options
Free Standard Shipping Cost: Free on every order Delivery time: 4 to 5 business days
Insured Express Shipping Cost: £2.95 Delivery time: 3 to 5 business days Includes additional insurance cover for your parcel while it is in transit.
You can choose your shipping option at checkout. All prices include VAT, and there are no customs duties or import charges on UK deliveries.
Order processing
Orders are processed and dispatched on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery times are estimates and start from the day your order is dispatched. During busy periods, such as sales and the run up to Christmas, deliveries may occasionally take a little longer.
Order confirmation and tracking
You will receive an email confirming your order as soon as it is placed. Once your parcel has been dispatched, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details where available, so you can follow your delivery.
Delivery address
Please check that your delivery address is correct and complete before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at info@texinora.com with your order number. We will do our best to update it, but once an order has been dispatched we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels.
Whichever shipping option you choose, your order remains our responsibility until it has been delivered to you. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@texinora.com with your order number and, for damaged items, a photo. We will look into it with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Your statutory rights
All products bought from Texinora are covered by your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you have any questions about your order or delivery, please get in touch.
