2. Accepting these terms

By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

To place an order you must be at least 18 years old, or be using the website with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Our products

We sell leather goods and accessories, including wallets, belts, crossbody bags, key holder wallets, passport holders and watch straps.

We do our best to describe and photograph every product accurately. Because leather is a natural material, small variations in grain, texture and colour are normal and are part of its character. Colours may also look slightly different depending on your screen settings.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment is taken when you place your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and we never see or store your full card details.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Placing an order and the contract

After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This email does not mean your order has been accepted. Our contract with you is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If this happens, we will let you know and refund any payment in full.

6. Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Delivery options, costs and timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy.

7. Your right to cancel and return

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Full details are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

8. Faulty or incorrect items

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us at info@texinora.com and we will put things right with a repair, replacement or refund as the law requires.
